Premium ($9.95/year), and Pro ($39.95/year).
If you update Callnote now, the Premium version will remain free for one year; the Pro license will remain active till the end of the billing cycle and then will have to be upgraded.
If you choose not to update to Version 5 you can continue using your older version of Callnote at the original pricing.
